Massage Therapy, Osteopathy
Christina Fawcett, O.M.T., R.M.T., is a manual therapist with more than 15 years of experience in helping people find relief, balance, and resilience. She is a Registered Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Canadian School of Osteopathy, Vancouver, where she earned her Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Therapy (O.M.T.) and completed over 1,000 hours of supervised clinical training. Her practice integrates osteopathic and massage therapy techniques—including structural, visceral, cranial, myofascial, and neuromuscular approaches—to support patients managing chronic pain, injury recovery, postural challenges, and stress-related conditions. Christina’s approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and rooted in the principle that effective care begins with listening to both the patient and the body.
Christina has worked in both private practice and multidisciplinary clinics, collaborating with chiropractors, physiotherapists, naturopaths, and other health professionals. She continues to expand her skills through ongoing professional development, including advanced training with the Barral and Upledger Institutes.
Outside of her clinical work, Christina enjoys knitting, tending her garden, and exploring nature through hiking.
